Lauren assisted me to rent out my father’s beach side apartment in Manly. An older style apartment but with to- die- for views up the coast and close proximity to South Steyne Beach. Red Property and Lauren specifically had been recommended to me by one of the owners in my father’s block whose opinion I respect. On first meeting Lauren was very well spoken and nicely presented and made an excellent first impression. On the initial walk through she came across as knowledgeable and also attuned to what had to be done to make the property marketable. This involved some re-decoration, furniture removal, cleaning and pre- inspection presentation. Lauren took control of all these matters and with an excellent team of sub- contractors – some of whom I met and enjoyed working with – was able to complete all tasks with a minimum of hassle and have the property ready for inspection in a timely manner. The inspections were conducted professionally and Lauren was always proactive in providing tenant feedback – both positive and critical. This helped frame the marketing campaign. When a prospective tenant was identified, negotiations and lease signing were all handled efficiently and again with minimum hassle. My dealings with Lauren (and her team Ashleigh and Jordan) were always professional, courteous and constructive. Lauren provided excellent service at all stages of the marketing campaign. She was also very pleasant to deal with on a personal level and she always put me at my ease with the process. I would be happy to work with Lauren again and to recommend her to other future and potential clients.
