Having worked with many property managers over the last 15 years, I quickly realised that Nicholas Cheng is one of the very best for a multitude of reasons. He is always polite and amicable on the phone but also went out of his way to help us in completely renovating our investment unit. He sourced suppliers and arranged quality tradesmen of several varieties in a steady supply of phone calls and frequent visits to see the progress.
